Cause/Effect Argument Video Tutorial (part 2)

Part 2: Understanding the Cause/Effect Argument

To assist students with Cause/Effect Argument writing, I have created a 3-part tutorial that explains a general cause/effect assignment, the stages of the writing process to collect information and ideas, how to turn those ideas into three debatable sub-points on the topic, and then turning those sub-points into a clear THESIS with essay map.  From there, students will see the 6-step process to taking a sub-point and fleshing it into a full body-paragraph that argues a causal relationship.

I have not included the video tutorial for a counter-argument body-paragraph based on the cause/effect argument; however, such a paragraph will follow the same structure and content development as is shown for the three body-paragraph in these three tutorials.
